Properties of Servonom CNC Laser Cutting Machine ;

• For easy transporting, Transfer Spindle System is used in our changeable tables

• It has pneumatic holders that holds cutting piece automaticly and holds these pieces when moving.

• Hence the Lazer Cutting Table starts its cutting, Floating Vacuum System moves over the X axis with the bridge. In that way it vacuums only the place of cutting, so it provides large amount of energy savings on vacuum motors and also on filter systems.

• Junk evacuation system is pneumatic controlled and automatic.

• All of the moving parts are designed with pneumatic systems and servo motors.

• Automatic oiling system is used at pinion gear, rack drays and linear drays.

• First quality drays and equipments are used and reductor gap ratio is 5.

• The digital servo motors of Siemens and Omron are used.

• Precietech (laser cutting head), Rofin and PRC (laser resonator units) are used.

• The Lenses that we used for stable quality of laser beam are covered with special resistant covering against the laser beam.

• At the all the tables Gantry System is used .

• Windows-based CNC control 840D(Siemens) systems are used at the Industrial Lazer Cutting machine and the monitors are 15”.
